Yes. Before trading ends, you can try to sell some or all of your shares.

You have two choices:

  1. Market sell: Sell immediately into available buy orders. The final price can change if there is not enough liquidity.
  2. Limit sell: Choose the minimum price you will accept. The order may wait, fill partially, or never fill.

Selling requires another trader willing to buy your shares. The displayed position value is not a guaranteed exit amount.

Example: You bought 10 YES shares at $0.40. If the best available bid later rises to $0.65, selling all 10 would have a trade value of $6.50 before fees.

Selling before resolution can lock in a profit, reduce a loss, or reduce your exposure. If you hold until final resolution, winning shares redeem for $1.00 and losing shares are worth $0.
