A market does not become final immediately when its expiry time is reached.

Resolution normally takes about 24–48 hours after expiry.

What happens after expiry?

  1. Trading ends and the market enters resolution.
  2. An AI resolution agent checks the market rules and stated sources.
  3. The agent proposes YES or NO.
  4. A 24-hour dispute window opens.
  5. If there is no valid dispute, the result becomes final.
  6. Winning shares can then be redeemed.

The process may take longer if the required source has not published final information, the event is unclear, or somebody raises a dispute.

Why is my market still pending?

Common reasons include:

Expiry means the resolution process starts. It does not mean payouts are immediately available.
